Developer note: This page is a static UI mockup. A working version needs: (1) a WooCommerce cart/checkout to hold selected rights, (2) server-side PDF generation (e.g. a WordPress plugin like WP All Export + PDF, or a small script using a PDF library) that merges the proposal data + uploaded receipt, (3) a hash generated server-side once payment is confirmed, and (4) an email step (SMTP) to send the final PDF to the counterparty and any validation address. None of this can run from a plain HTML file — it needs your Hostinger/WordPress backend or a small custom server.
